Documents Necessary
  

Below is a list of documents required for Customs Clearance in Brazil.It is very important that we receive all documents the soonest so that we
can start process at customs.

Obs.: All copies must be notarized in Brazil.

  
 
A) For Permanent Visa in Brazil:  
  1. 02 notarized copies of passaport (all pages, inclusive those in blank) ;
  2. 02 notarized copies of Brazilian I.D.;
  3. 02 notorized copies of CPF card;
  4. 02 notarized Power of Attorney (Supplied by Transworld).
  5. 02 notarized copies of the air ticket that proves you are leaving Brazil (show as final destination the country where shipment will be sent);
  6. 02 notarized Declaration of reasons for leaving Brazil. - CLICK HERE
  7. 02 notarized copies of proof of residence of any utility bill or rental contract in shipper's name (must be in the same address informed in the Power of Attorney). It must be from the current month of export or at least the month before;
  8. 02 notarized Baggage Declarations forms signed. - CLICK HERE
  9. 02 forms for listing paintings and works of arts (IPHAN). - CLICK HERE

 
 
B) For Temporary Visa in Brazil:
  
  1. 02 notarized copies of passaport (all pages, inclusive those in blank);
  2. 02 notarized copies of Brazilian I.D.;
  3. 02 notorized copies of CPF card;
  4. 02 notarized Power of Attorney (Supplied by Transworld).
  5. 02 notarized copies of the air ticket that proves you are leaving Brazil (it should show as final destination the country where shipment will be sent);

  7. 02 Notarized copy of “Termo de Responsabilidade”; This document is the guarantee bond and should be with you, company, or Customs Broker that clear your move in Brazil .
  8. Notarized copy of "DSI"; This document is the list of good that were imported into Brazil and should be with you, company, or Customs Broker.
  9. 02 notarized copies of proof of residence - Any utility bill in or rental contract in shipper's name (must be the same address informed in the Power of Attorney). It must be from the current month of export or at least the month before;

C) For diplomats
  1. 03 " DSEs" form authorized by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  2. 02Notorized copy of passport (all pages,inclusive those in blank);
  3. 02 Notorized copy of Brazilian I.D.;
  4. 02 Notorized copy of air ticket that proves you are leaving Brazil (it should show as final destination the country where shipment will be sent);
  5. 02 Notorized copy of Power of Attorney (Supplied by Transworld).
